Bonfire Night, November 5th, is a perfect time to enjoy a good old British banger. Heck has introduced limited-edition bonfire night sausages. Guy Porks (I know) is gluten-free, dairy-free and has 81% British pork. Apple cubes are mixed with pork, leek, onion and a touch of black treacle which gives the sausage not only depth but sweetness.
