On a recent trip to South Africa, I was lucky enough to get a behind-the-scenes look at the pome fruit and stone fruit industry. I met farmers and workers, visited charity projects, found out how the farmers battle with the fruit fly and best of all tasted all the magnificent fruit the country has to offer. I’ve already shared a Malva Pudding recipe with you and as I find the time to write-up my other stories I thought I’d show you some of my beautiful pictures. I have taken so many so there will probably be an album 2, 3 and 4 too. Enjoy.
